I am a complete novice a...David Really value this. I am a complete novice and I let my characters drive the plot. I deliberately did not read how to write a novel. I'm too old to learn a new theory. I just let it happen. As I said in a tweet I let the character out and followed her to see what she got up to. My plot state...Loved this post - and totally agree! My plot statements are all character driven.
